Flexible shop price display
Choose whether customer Shop cards show tax, processing fees, both, or neither—checkout still charges the correct all-in total.
Shop list prices should match how your team quotes work—not surprise customers at checkout.
Why we built it
Some facilities quote service + tax on the shelf tag; others quote base service and explain fees at payment. Flexible shop price display adds team switches for Show prices including tax and Show prices including processing fees on customer Shop catalog cards. Turn either off to show subtotals or fee-exclusive amounts while checkout still calculates the real total with tax and pass-through fees. Preview changes in Website & customer app before customers see them—see Configure the customer shop.

- Teams tired of “the app showed $X but the invoice was higher” when only display—not billing—was wrong.

What you can do
- Toggle tax-inclusive list prices on or off per facility.
- Toggle processing-fee-inclusive list prices separately from tax.
- Compare the Shop preview to live customer sign-in after saving branding settings.
- Keep Group product options on to show one card with a range when variants differ.
How it fits your day
If your sales script quotes $199/mo plus tax, turn off tax-inclusive cards so Shop matches the pitch. If you advertise all-in ACH pricing, leave both switches on so list prices align with card checkout.
Get started
Open Settings → Website & customer app → Shop, flip one display switch, check the preview, then confirm on a test customer account before changing production copy.
