Richer photo session reports
Session PDF reports now include a dedicated Vehicle Status section with odometer, fuel, tire pressures, and reference details for customer handoffs.
A condition report should read like what your tech saw on the floor—not a photo album with numbers buried in captions.
Why we built it
Photo session Download PDF reports already bundled photos, checklists, and visit metadata. Richer photo session reports adds a clear Vehicle Status section when the session captured readings: odometer (with mileage units), fuel level with a visual bar, tire pressure by corner (and spare when recorded), plus reference lines from the car record such as ideal front/rear PSI and tire date code. Collectors and insurers get a scannable handoff; your team spends less time retyping walkthrough numbers into email.

What you can do
- Record Vehicle Status during the visit—odometer, fuel, and tire pressures—in Run event workflow from Schedule or a car session.
- Generate a PDF from the completed session with Download PDF on the session page.
- See a dedicated Vehicle Status block in the PDF when any of those readings were captured (empty sections stay out of the report).
- Compare live readings to ideal PSI and DOT date code pulled from the vehicle record when your team maintains them in Record battery care and vehicle readings.
How it fits your day
Vehicle Status in the PDF mirrors what was saved on the session, not every field on the car profile. If a report looks thin, open the session and confirm odometer, fuel, and tire steps were completed before exporting. Reference tire specs appear when the car record already stores ideal pressures or date code—update those on the car when your intake process collects them.
