Flexible vehicles and contacts during signing

Multi-car garages and shared accounts rarely match a fixed PDF row count. Signers should adjust the agreement to reality—not restart because one vehicle was missing from the send screen.

Why we built it

Templates built for multiple vehicles or multiple contacts can allow the person signing to add or remove entries while they complete the agreement. A collector adds the second car from their garage list; a spouse is included or removed before ink is dry. Staff spend less time re-sending contracts, and customers finish multi-vehicle and household agreements in one guided signing session.
