Private Collection accounts fit enthusiasts and private garages that use Car Storage Software to manage their own fleet—not a public storage business. Billing aligns with how collectors think: per active vehicle on the platform instead of a facility seat model built for multi-customer operations. Archive keeps photos, documents, and activity on sold or departed cars while those vehicles drop out of everyday inventory views.

How it fits your day

Private Collection is a different operating model from multi-tenant storage facilities: you are both operator and customer. Use normal vehicle, document, and schedule tools for the cars you actively maintain; use archive when a vehicle sells or moves off-site long term. Review Archive or restore a vehicle before archiving—archived cars may still count toward per-car billing until permanently deleted.
