Customize your Overview dashboard

Build a facility command center with widgets, charts, maps, and reusable app components.

The Overview page at Overview is your customizable operations home. Add charts, activity feeds, parking maps, inbox lists, schedule calendars, and more — then save a layout that fits how your team works.

What you can add

Activity feeds — events, cars, customers, billing, inbox, or parking summaries.

Charts — revenue, occupancy, customer stages, and other metrics.

App components — full UI reused from elsewhere in the app, such as the parking map, inbox, or schedule calendar.

Quick actions — shortcuts to create events and open common pages.

Customize your own layout

  1. Open Overview

    Go to Overview from the sidebar.

    Expected result: You see your current widget layout (team default or your saved layout).

  2. Start customizing

    Click Customize, then Add widget to pick a prebuilt widget, app component, or building block.

    On mobile, drag widgets by the handle to reorder. On desktop, drag and resize on the grid.

  3. Save

    Click Done to save your personal layout.

    Use Reset to restore the team default layout.

Team admin: default layout and templates

Team admins can set the facility default in Settings → Team:

  • Default dashboard layout — what new staff see before they customize on Overview
  • Layout templates — start from Operations standard, Billing focus, or Floor operations

Create a new event

Creating an event lives at Create event. Use the center New button on mobile, the sidebar Create event button, or Quick actions on Overview.
